• • <br /> drainage ditch connecting the existing drainage ditch to the west to the <br /> Marshland Canal <br /> o Drainage Ditch No.4(Ditch 4): Excavating approximately 166 If(140 cy)of <br /> new drainage ditch connecting the perpendicular extent of the existing <br /> drainage ditch <br /> Sheets 2 and 3 in Attachment 1 include the previous site conditions and existing <br /> conditions/site plan showing what modifications were made at the property. <br /> A Restoration Plan has been prepared and submitted for consideration to mitigate <br /> potentially adverse environmental impacts that may have occurred during or after <br /> construction of the Project in 2017.The Restoration Plan includes the activities that are <br /> being implemented as part of the settlement agreement.Any necessary permits will be <br /> obtained to implement the Restoration Plan during this calendar year, observing any <br /> required in-water work windows.The Habitat Assessment Report and Critical Areas <br /> Checklist in Attachment 2 and the Restoration Plan in Attachment 3 include additional <br /> detail on the Restoration Plan approach.Attachment 4 contains a Floodplain Regulations <br /> Compliance Memorandum. <br /> Activities that will be implemented as part of the Restoration Plan include the following: <br /> • Fill in the UNT located at the common property line of the southern boundary of the <br /> Project area, between the Golden Eagle Farms property and the Tonnes property, <br /> and regrade, seed, and vegetate this area to ensure soil stability. <br /> • Relocate the UNT from its current east-west location at the common property line so <br /> that it runs north-south and extends to the northern boundary of the Golden Eagle <br /> Farms property. <br /> • Remove and relocate large wood in the existing UNT to the restored channel to <br /> promote bank stability. <br /> • Fill in approximately 200 feet of the south end of the ditch on the east side of the <br /> Tonnes property boundary that is shared with the Golden Eagle Farms property <br /> (Ditch 3)and seed and vegetate this area to ensure soil stability. <br /> • Relocate the remainder of Ditch 3 to the east so that it is at least 15 feet from the <br /> Tonnes property boundary.This area will also be seeded and vegetated to ensure <br /> soil stability. <br /> • Fill the 15 feet to the level of the Golden Eagle Farms property to alleviate slope <br /> stability concerns. <br /> 12. Location of the proposal.Give sufficient information for a person to understand the <br /> precise location of your proposed project, including a street address,if any,and <br /> section,township,and range, if known. If a proposal would occurovera range of <br /> area, provide the range or boundaries of the site(s). Provide a legal description,site <br /> plan,vicinity map,and topographic map, if reasonably available.While you should <br /> submit any plans required by the agency,you are not required to duplicate maps or <br /> detailed plans submitted with any permit applications related to this checklist. <br /> The Project is located to the east of Larimer Road(no street address)in Everett,Washington(Section <br /> 9,Township 28 North, and Range 5 East). Sheet 1 in Attachment 1 includes a vicinity map, and Sheet <br /> 3 includes topographic information, legal descriptions,and a site plan for the Project.
