Specifically,the focus <br /> of the restoration plan prepared for the Project is to address bank stability concerns on either <br /> side of the property.The completed Project activities include the following: <br /> • Land leveling activities(upland excavation of approximately 600 cubic yards[cy]) <br /> • Drainage ditch rerouting activities, including the following: <br /> o Drainage Ditch No. 1 (Ditch 1):Excavating approximately 1,276 linear feet(If; <br /> 1,040 cy)of new drainage ditch connecting the existing drainage ditch to the <br /> west to the Marshland Canal <br /> ■ When Ditch 1 was installed, it altered the flow of waterfrom the City <br /> of Everett property located to the north to the Marshland Canal <br /> located to the east.An appraisal of the City of Everett property will be <br /> completed and corrective action will be taken if it is determined that <br /> the property value was lowered based on this reroute. <br /> o Drainage Ditch No. 2(Ditch 2):Filling approximately 2,794If(2,280 cy)of <br /> existing drainage ditch (Ditch 2), including the parallel and perpendicular <br /> extents of the existing drainage ditch <br /> o Drainage Ditch No. 3(Ditch 3; also identified as the unnamed tributary[UNT] <br /> in the Restoration Plan):Excavating approximately 609 If(500 cy)of new <br /> 2 <br />
