I was not <br /> able to inspect the basement, so I do not know what kitchen facilities are present. The Wilson's believe new plumbing <br /> has been performed in the basement since they moved in (reportedly a new sink) and I took photos of plumbing near <br /> the water heater,the adjacent furnace, and electrical cable that appears to power a refrigerator/freezer in the garage— <br /> the line is not within conduit, extends across the ceiling to the north exterior wall and the line passes through the sheet <br /> rock into the wall. <br /> Another specific concern is a letter Ms. Wilson showed me—from Puget Sound Energy dated Feb. 13, 2020 the notified <br /> the Wilsons an Inspection on 2/11/2020 revealed "Your natural gas equipment is unsafe" It was reported tagged with an <br /> orange caution notice and they were directed to have a qualified heating equipment contractor perform repairs.Wilson <br /> said no repair has been performed. <br /> The last permit history appears to be M0204-015 to replace the gas water heater in year 2002. Please review the photos <br /> and let me know if you see evidence of work without required permits—and/or other building concerns. Work without <br /> permits? Unlawful Structure?
