Please provide separate permit applications and supporting documentation <br /> for the plumbing and mechanical work associated with the proposed repair <br /> work. <br /> 2. Please provide architectural plans that illustrates which walls and the type of <br /> wall assemblies to be repaired throughout the commercial space as it is unclear <br /> and appears to be missing from the submitted construction documents. Detail 1/S1 indicates the use of an existing embed plate that appears to be a <br /> cast-in-place to connect the 4x10 header. Please verify the capacity of this <br /> connection using ACI 318-14 Chapter 17. <br /> 5. Detail 1/S1 appears be designed as a simply supported beam as indicated in <br /> PERMIT SERVICES the permit calculations. Please verify the flat steel plate that is directly <br /> supporting the beam can withstand the flexure and shear stresses developed <br /> 9 3200 Cedar Street under the beam's load and that no additional stiffeners or strength of the flat <br /> Everett,WA 98201 plate is required. <br /> • 425.257.8810 6. The storefront appears to be designed for gravity load conditions, but does <br /> 425.257.8857 fax <br /> not appear to have checked the load combinations where lateral wind <br /> everetteps@everettwa.gov pressures are applied to the proposed replacement members.
