Detail 1/S1 appears be designed as a simply supported beam as indicated in <br /> PERMIT SERVICES the permit calculations. Please verify the flat steel plate that is directly <br /> supporting the beam can withstand the flexure and shear stresses developed <br /> 9 3200 Cedar Street under the beam's load and that no additional stiffeners or strength of the flat <br /> Everett,WA 98201 plate is required. <br /> • 425.257.8810 6.
