UTILITIES PERMIT
On March 17, 1999 a permit was issued to Dariotis Construction Co. to connect a 3/4"
water service, application#31594, and to connect to the sewer line stubbed to the site,
permit#31872.( f.K,This permit was inspected on April 23, 1999.
CRITICAL AREAS STUDY
On June 10, 2003 Allan Giffen, City of Everett, sent Dariotis Developments a letter(ref.L)
requesting a new wetland delineation, "as site conditions may have changed since the
prior delineation". Mr. Tony Roth,AC Roth Environmental Services, revisited the site in
February, 2005 and prepared a report on May 14, 2005. This report states the wetland
remains essentially unchanged. Mr. Roth redelineated the wetland and this delineation
was surveyed by Lovell-Sauerland on March 3, 2005. this survey shows both the
previous and the current wetland boundary.(ref„„
CONCLUSION
Therefore, since numerous permits have been issued and acted upon, based on a 25'
buffer width, and since the wetland remains essentially unchanged, Dariotis
Developments, Inc. respectfully requests the City of Everett consider the development of
this property to be vested under the requirements which were in effect when the first
permits were issued, that is,the 25' buffer width as described in the letter from Mr.
Stephen Stanley, City of Everett, May 17, 1996.
Please call me for any further clarification I may present on these matters, at(425) 710-
2156.
Sincerely,
Dean Dariotis, AIA
Dariotis Developments Inc.
