An inspection of <br /> your premises/property located at 1504 Rucker Ave,was made on April 24, <br /> 2020. The inspection revealed a dilapidated,and damaged shed with worn off <br /> paint,missing and broken boards and overgrown vines attached to it hastening <br /> the decay of the structure in clear view from the alley.This inspection <br /> confirmed the following violations of the Everett Municipal Code(EMC),and <br /> International Property Maintenance Code(IPMC). <br /> The presence of overgrown vegetation on the property is/are violation of EMC <br /> 8.20.020 E,which reads: <br /> EMC 8.20.020 E,Nuisances—Residential property and nonresidential property. <br /> Except as authorized by subsection H of this section or as may be allowed by <br /> another city ordinance,no person owning,leasing,renting,occupying or having <br /> charge or possession of any property in the city,including vacant lots,shall <br /> maintain or allow to be maintained on the property outside of a fully enclosed <br /> structure such as a shed,dwelling,or closeable garage,any of the following <br /> conditions visible from any street,alley,or other public or private property: <br /> E.
