STORMWATER SITE PLAN OCTOBER 23,2019 <br /> EMORYS ON SILVER LAKE PAGE 2 <br /> MR 1: PREPARATION OF STORMWATER SITE PLANS <br /> DRAINAGE PLAN DESCRIPTION <br /> Direct precipitation is the source of runoff. The paved area runoff will flow to the west end of <br /> the parking lot, be collected in a catchbasin, then discharged to a combined detention/ <br /> stormwater wetland pond for treatment and runoff control. A catch basin will also be installed <br /> in 120th Place SE to collect runoff from a portion of the existing street fronatage, the new <br /> sidewalk and planter areas. <br /> WATER QUALITY MEASURES <br /> Following is a list of the possible construction water quality BMPs. See MR 3: Water Pollution <br /> Source Control for more information.The BMPs are as follows: <br /> BMP C103, High Visibility Fence <br /> BMP C105, Stablized Construction Entrance/Exit <br /> BMP C107, Construction Road/Parking Area Stabilization <br /> BMP C120,Temporary and Permanent Seeding <br /> BMP C121, Mulching <br /> BMP C123, Plastic Covering <br /> BMP C125,Topsoiling/Composting <br /> BMP C140, Dust Control <br /> BMP C220, Storm Inlet Protection <br /> BMP C233, Silt Fence <br /> RUNOFF TREATMENT <br /> WWHM2012, as provided by DOE, has been used for sizing of the proposed combined <br /> detention/ stormwater wetland pond facility to provide treatment for the parking area and <br /> collected portion of 120th PI. <br /> CONVEYANCE CALCULATIONS <br /> With no significant pipe system there is no need for conveyance calculations. <br /> RUNOFF CONTROL BMP'S <br /> An open detention pond will be used for runoff control. <br /> PROTECTION OF WETLANDS <br /> There are no wetlands on or near the site. <br /> OPERATIONS AND MAINTENANCE <br /> See MR9 for more information. <br /> P:\Work\Projects\2018\18-141 Emory's\CE\DOCS\Final SSP 18-141.doc <br />
