• Y d <br /> STORMWATER SITE PLAN OCTOBER 23,2019 <br /> EMORYS ON SILVER LAKE PAGE 6 <br /> Concrete and grout: <br /> • Process water and slurry resulting from concrete work will be prevented from <br /> entering the waters of the state by implementing concrete handling measures (BMP <br /> C151). <br /> 1. Concrete truck chutes, pumps, and internals shall be washed out only <br /> into formed areas awaiting installation of concrete or asphalt. <br /> 2. Unused concrete remaining in the truck and pump shall be returned to <br /> the originating batch plant for recycling. <br /> 3. Hand tools including, but not limited to, screeds, shovels, rakes, floats, <br /> and trowels shall be washed off only into formed areas awaiting installation of <br /> concrete or asphalt. <br /> When no formed areas are available, washwater and leftover product shall be contained <br /> in a lined container. Contained concrete shall be disposed of in a manner that does not <br /> violate groundwater or surface water quality standards. <br /> Sanitary wastewater: <br /> • Portable sanitation facilities will be firmly secured, regularly maintained, and <br /> emptied when necessary. <br /> • Solid waste will be stored in secure, clearly marked containers. <br /> Other: <br /> Other BMPs will be administered as necessary to address any additional pollutant <br /> sources on site. <br /> Element#10:Control De-Watering <br /> No dewatering is expected as no excavation to the water table is anticipated. Any dewatering <br /> will be directed to the sediment pond. <br /> Element#11: Maintain BMPs <br /> Notes for the maintenance of erosion control facilities are included on the construction plans. <br /> Element#12: Manage the Project <br /> The project will be subject to seasonal work limitations, site inspection and monitoring as <br /> required by the City of Everett. Erosion control monitoring and supervision will be managed by <br /> the contractor. With less than 1 acre of exposed surface, a Certified Erosion and Sedimentation <br /> Control Lead is not required. <br /> Element#13: Protect Low Impact Development BMPs <br /> No LID facilities are proposed. <br /> 2.
