Please revise elevation <br /> drawings to show the actual appearance of the structure. <br /> 2. Revise site plan to show the dimensions of all structures, existing and proposed.Show location of <br /> heat pump on the site plan. <br /> 3. Provide tempered safety glass in hazardous locations as defined in section R308 IRC. Label tempered <br /> glass on floor plans. <br /> 4. Provide section drawing and/or details specific to this structure for the following; <br /> - Footing size, depth and reinforcing steel at new deck <br /> - Post to footing connection at deck <br /> - Post to beam connection at deck <br /> - Deck joist to beam connection and blocking at new beam <br /> - Ledger detail (elevation view showing edge distance, spacing and staggered placement) <br /> - Detail the enclosure for the recessed lights in the garage ceiling. <br /> 5. Show the location of all lateral connectors on the plan view of the new deck required by section <br /> R507 IRC. <br /> 6. All walls, posts,and beams supporting living space above the garage shall be covered with minimum <br /> %' Gypsum Wallboard.Show requirement on plans. <br /> 7. Provide detail of the connection of the railing system to the deck structure.Show blocking for <br /> connection of the railing system. <br /> 8. Show the location and size of all source specific ventilation including exhaust fan in new master <br /> bathroom and new range hood in Kitchen.All exhaust fans shall be ventilated to the exterior. <br /> 9. All spaces in the dwelling shall be labeled for the intended use of the space.
