• • <br /> 10. All fixtures shall meet the minimum fixture clearance requirements per Figure R307.1 IRC. It appears <br /> that the toilet compartment in the new Master Bathroom does not meet the minimum clearance <br /> requirements. <br /> 11. Provide Smoke Alarms per section R314 IRC.Show location on all floor levels. <br /> 12. Provide Carbon Monoxide Detectors per section R315 IRC.Show location on all floor levels. <br /> 13. Provide self-closer device on the door from the garage into the dwelling.Show on plans. <br /> 14. Indicate height and width of all new windows and doors, and specify the height above the finished <br /> floor at the top of the window. <br /> 15. Specify the U-value for all new windows and doors. <br /> 16. Specify the R-Value of the insulation installed in the ceiling of the garage (minimum R-30 required). <br /> 17. Pease note that all framing is required to be inspected after rough-in inspections for plumbing,, <br /> mechanical and electrical have been approved. Removal of gypsum wallboard for these <br /> inspections will be required "AS NEEDED"to perform required inspections. <br /> In order for the processing of your application to continue, it will be necessary to provide the Building Division <br /> with two new sets of revised construction documents reflecting the corrections requested. Please include a <br /> response letter which indicates how the corrections were resolved. <br /> All codes cited refer to the 2015 International Building Code (IBC), 2015 International Residential Code (IRC), <br /> and/or the 2015 Washington State Residential Energy Code (WSEC),as amended by the State of Washington <br /> and adopted by the City of Everett. <br /> These comments address building issues only. Additional revisions or additions may be required by other <br /> departments (such as Utilities, Traffic, Planning or Fire).
