EV E R E T T CORRECTION MEMORANDUM <br /> WASHINGTON TO: Michael Snitko, MichaelSnitko75@amail.com <br /> FROM: Kelsey Heyd,Associate Planner, kheyd@everettwa.gov <br /> DATE: 11.7.19 <br /> SUBJECT: Planning Division Comments for Proposed SFR Improvements <br /> LOCATION: 844 Olympic Blvd, Everett,WA 98203 <br /> PERMIT#: CW1910-001 <br /> A review of this project has been conducted by the Planning Division and it has <br /> been determined that the following revisions should be made and/or the <br /> following conditions must be met. <br /> PLANNING DIVISION COMMENTS <br /> 1. Site Plan.The site plan does not meet the minimum site plan checklist (see <br /> pages 8&9). Please revise the site plan such that it meets all checklist <br /> requirements including, but not limited to,the following: <br /> a. Lot dimensions.The length of all lot lines shall be dimensioned on the <br /> site plan. <br /> b. Setbacks.All proposed and existing setbacks shall be identified on the <br /> site plan,to scale. <br /> c. Perimeter Building Dimensions.All existing/proposed building <br /> dimensions shall be identified on the plan to scale and be consistent <br /> with the construction drawings. <br /> d. Lot coverage. Identify the lot coverage by buildings and surface area, <br /> existing and proposed. <br /> e. All setbacks and dimensions shall calculate correctly and be consistent <br /> with the construction drawings. For example:a 40'building setback and <br /> 27'setback to the proposed deck are currently identified on the site plan <br /> but these are inconsistent with the dimensions identified in the <br /> construction drawings. <br /> Please refer to the site plan checklist and revise the plan such that it meets all <br /> requirements.
