According to the drawings Sheet A102, indicates that(2)waterclosets and <br /> lavatories are to be demolished,with one remaining. However,given the that <br /> the total occupancy of(69)occupants and the occupancy group predominantly <br /> being categorized as a B occupancy,this would require more than (1)water <br /> closet and lavatory. Please revise. IBC Table 2902.1. <br /> 2. Per IBC 2902.5.1, a drinking fountain is required for occupancy loads greater <br /> than 30 for the first 150 occupants. Please indicate where location of the <br /> drinking fountain and revise drawings as required. <br /> In order for the processing of your application to continue, it will be necessary <br /> to provide the Building Division with two new sets of revised construction <br /> documents reflecting the corrections requested.
