• •
Terri Jorgenson
From: Tony Lee
Sent: Tuesday, December 1, 2020 8:16 AM
To: 'Bob Ade'
Cc: Terri Jorgenson
Subject: RE:CW2008-002
Mr.Ade,
The revised plans were picked up from our drop box on November 20th which means they were dropped off to us no
earlier than Thursday, November 19th.The plans are taking about a (business)week to go through the intake process so I
am receiving them today. I will be reviewing the plans this week as I told you in an email last week. Planning also has to
review the plans to determine land use regulations.
Tony Lee
Li
mi Building Official I Permit Services
425.257.8812 13200 Cedar Street, 2nd Floor, Everett,WA 98201
EVERETT Hours: M/W/Th/F: 7:30am-12:oopm & 1:oopm-3:00pm;Tu: 1:00pm-3:oopm
everettwa.gov I Facebook I Twitter
COVID-19 Update: Please reference our website& online resources for updates to our service during the
COVID-19 pandemic. We are currently experiencing a higher volume of calls and emails and have limited staff
available to respond. I have been sick since the resubmission and have not been in the office to do the recheck. I apologize for
that delay as I had intended to review the revised plans upon resubmission. I intend to go into work tomorrow and will
(at least) be able to pick up the plans for review in the very near future.
As far as the other permits—I only see a PW permit in the system. I have no objection issuing the permit and will find
out if there is any reason from the PW Plans Examiner that the permit can not be issued.
I don't see an electrical permit application in the system, please submit if you haven't already. I will authorize the
issuance of a temporary electrical permit to help move the project forward.Thank you,Tony
