Our contractor, Mr. Galen Holmquist of Paradise Construction Inc.,
related to me the positive tone of a conversation he had with you. His takeaway was that the resubmittal of revised
plans would quickly generate your review and then a permit. Revised plans were dropped off on November 13.
While I'm certainly pleased that you have taken the personal time and willingness to review our application, I want to
reaffirm the urgency of obtaining the permit. Hopefully, you are now back to work because we are URGENTLY WAITING
FOR YOUR ACTION! As stated previously, the relatively minor fire at this property that displaced its occupants, occurred
March 1st.
In order to move forward in planning and preparation for repairs we also need two additional permits to be granted as
well.
Please allow/permit Clark's Electric to install temporary power for City inspection. In short, a new panel and a couple of
circuits are needed. After City inspection Sno-Pud can then reconnect power to the house.
Please grant PSE a permit approval to run a gas line to the house.Their backlog is about 10 weeks, so we need to get
into their queue.
It is clear and obvious that immediate response is needed. For reasons unknown to us, in the very recent past, both the
temporary electrical and the PSE request for permit have been denied.
Thank you for your consideration.
Robert Ade, P.O.A.for property owner Todd Ade
2l3
