Multiple <br /> comments have not been completely addressed and require additional action before a permit can <br /> be issued. The original comments have generally been retained with some additional commentary. <br /> The comments are itemized for consistency with the original review letter. These comments <br /> address building issues only. Additional revisions or additions may be required by other <br /> departments including Public Works, Planning, and Fire. <br /> The resubmittal documents included a response letter that did not provide clear responses to the <br /> review comments. Issues with the letter include an expansive numbering system that is not <br /> consistent with the review letter. Also, references to responses provided to other reviewers (e.g., <br /> Jeff Heilman) are not sufficient responses to address comments in this review. A letter should be <br /> provided as requested per Item (a) below to clearly indicate how each comment has been <br /> addressed. <br /> Code citations provided in the following comments reference the Everett Municipal Code (EMC), <br /> 2015 International Residential Code (IRC), 2015 International Building Code (IBC), and the <br /> residential provisions of the 2015 Washington State Energy Code (WSEC). Amendments to the <br /> building codes by the Washington Administrative Code (WAC) are identified. Citations provided in <br /> the comments reference the IRC unless noted otherwise.
