Construction drawing were prepared showing the type of work to be done. <br /> Please note there's no alterations to exterior or structure of the existing <br /> building, therefore we're only submitting the floor plan. <br /> 2. The unpermitted room is not used as a bedroom (per customer) and a smoke <br /> alarm and emergency escape openings are not required. Also, the IRC does not <br /> require to bring the existing structure to current code while renovating a <br /> portion of the building.
