Bid Opening— November 30, 2021 at 2:00 PM a. Bids will be received at the Purchasing Counter, 3200 Cedar Street, Door#5, Everett, WA, 98201 3. Project Overview a. General Information i. 2,270 LF of 42-inch FRPP combined sewer gravity main ii. 2,300 LF of 12-inch PVC combined sewer force main b. Location ' i. Construction is within the Port of Everett property and will occur within the Port of Everett Norton Terminal Project Construction Zone. Coordination of work and schedule is required (Section 1-05.14) ii. The City's Port Gardner Storage Facility (PGSF) Property is located north and adjacent to the project (Plan Sheet G03). c. Site Information ' i. Construction crosses portions of the Kimberly-Clark Worldwide MTCA Site and the ExxonMobil/ADC MTCA site. ' ii. Pre-load area requirements iii. Structure and Obstructions removal of H-piles (Section 2-02.3) 4. City of Everett and Port of Everett Construction License Agreement ' a. Agreement negotiations are in progress and a copy of the agreement will be added by amendment to Appendix D. b. City does not have exclusive use of the working area (i.e., license area). c. Construction staging is separated into three areas with work starting on the south (near Federal Avenue) and progressing towards the north in order to allow Port access to container area. d. Maintain two 50-foot wide access at all times clear of equipment and materials to allow Port to cross license area during construction. e.
