Failure to do so may subject the Bidder to bid disqualification. <br /> CON <br /> TRACT DOCUMENTS <br /> DIVISION P— PROPOSAL <br /> Replace the Bid Schedule in its entirety with the attached Bid Schedule that is labeled <br /> "Addendum No. 2" in the footer. <br /> DIVISION B— Bid Item Descriptions <br /> Delete Bid Item 24—Temporary Bypass Pumping in its entirety <br /> DIVISION C - CONTRACT DOCUMENTS <br /> Revise Section 2 of the Contract in its entirety as follows: <br /> 2. Contract Time. Substantial completion of all Work shall be achieved one hundred <br /> twenty (120) calendar days after the effective date of the Notice to Proceed. Physical <br /> completion of all Work shall be no later than the City-Port Agreement Expiration Date.
