Later Phase Eclipse Mill Project 300.4.4 Evaluate Liquefaction Potential The CONSULTANT shall reevaluate the susceptibility of the subsurface soils to liquefaction across the area and assess the potential impacts to the proposed improvements. Updates are required to address updated seismic codes. 300.4.5 Evaluate Slope Stability The CONSULTANT shall evaluate the global slope stability of the riverbank to identify potential impacts to the project. Results of the field reconnaissance, exploration, and testing programs will be incorporated in the analysis. Global stability will be evaluated using the limit equilibrium approach under static, seismic, and post liquefaction loading conditions. 300.4.6 Develop Final Design Level Sheet Pile Wall Recommendations The CONSULTANT shall provide geotechnical final design recommendations for sheet pile structures. 300.4.7 Develop Final Design Level Pile Foundation Recommendations The CONSULTANT shall provide geotechnical final design recommendations for pile foundations associated with the floating dock structure and debris barrier. 300.4.8 Develop Bank Stabilization Recommendations The CONSULTANT shall develop bank stabilization recommendation for both the Eclipse Mill Park and the Lowell Riverfront Trail sites. 300.4.9 HWA QA/QC All design calculations and recommendations will be reviewed by a senior principal prior to distribution to the design team or the CITY. 300.4.10 Prepare Revised Draft Geotechnical Engineering Report: The CONSULTANT shall prepare a revised draft geotechnical report for the project. This report will replace the previous draft report for the project and provide updated recommendations associated with the proposed improvements. 300.4.11 Prepare Final Geotechnical Engineering Report The CONSULTANT shall prepare a final geotechnical report for the project. This report will be revised to incorporate one round of design changes that occur after generation of the draft report. 300.4.12 Develop Geotechnical Specifications The CONSULTANT shall assist with development of required geotechnical specifications for the project. 300.4.13 Project Coordination Meetings The CONSULTANT shall participate in up to twelve (12) project coordination meetings. All meetings are assumed to be virtual and lasting 1-hour. 300.4.14 Plan and Specification Review The CONSULTANT shall review the project plans and specifications at major project milestones to ensure that all geotechnical recommendations have been incorporated. The CONSULTANT will provide review comments in the form of email to the design team.
