Later Phase Eclipse Mill Project <br /> Subtask 800.3—Prepare 100% Level Design Plan Engineer's Construction Cost <br /> Estimate <br /> The CONSULTANT shall update the 90% engineer's construction cost estimate <br /> using estimated quantities from the 100% level design plans and review the unit <br /> costs. These costs may be updated based on recent City contracts provided to the <br /> CONSULTANT by the CITY, as well as unit cost information obtained from other <br /> industry sources, such as WSDOT unit price analysis, and others, as necessary. <br /> DELIVERABLES: <br /> 1. One (1) set of half-size 100% Plans in PDF format <br /> 2. 100% engineer's construction cost estimate (Excel) <br /> 3. 100% Specifications in CSI format (Word). <br /> 4, Final SWPPP <br /> 5. Response to 90% review comments (Excel) delivered with the 100% plan set. <br /> TASK 900 — BID-READY PLANS, SPECIFICATIONS AND ESTIMATE <br /> The CONSULTANT shall finalize the design documents in anticipation of bid. <br /> Subtask 900.1 — Prepare Bid-ready Design Plans <br /> The CONSULTANT shall develop final plans for construction as defined in task <br /> subtask 600. <br /> Subtask 900.2—Prepare Bid-ready Specifications <br /> The CONSULTANT shall prepare the project specifications for bid. <br /> Subtask 900.3— Prepare Final Engineer's Construction Cost Estimate <br /> The CONSULTANT shall finalize the engineer's construction cost estimate. <br /> DELIVERABLES: <br /> 1. Bid-ready Plans in PDF format <br /> 2. Final engineer's construction cost estimate (Excel) <br /> 3. Bid-ready Specifications in CSI format (Word) <br /> 1000 —DESIGN CONTINGENCY <br /> Additional Services that may be needed based upon issues that surface during the <br /> design and construction of the project as approved Only In Writing and signed by the <br /> authorized City representative. <br />
