Later Phase Eclipse Mill Project <br /> CONSULTANT shall address review comments on the Draft Stormwater <br /> Memorandum and submit a final version with the 90% submittal. <br /> CONSULTANT shall prepare a SWPPP and submit with the 90% submittal. <br /> Subtask 700.2 — Prepare 90% Level Design Plan Specifications <br /> The CONSULTANT shall prepare the project specifications (standard specification <br /> and special provisions) for the 90% level design plans. <br /> Subtask 700.3 — Prepare 90% Level Design Plan Engineer's Construction Cost <br /> Estimate <br /> The CONSULTANT shall update the 60% engineer's construction cost estimate <br /> using estimated quantities from the 90% level design plans and review the unit costs. <br /> These costs may be updated based on recent CITY contracts provided to the <br /> CONSULTANT by the CITY, as well as unit cost information obtained from other <br /> industry sources, such as WSDOT unit price analysis, and others, as necessary. <br /> DELIVERABLES: <br /> 1. One (1) set of half-size 90% Plans in PDF format <br /> 2. 90% engineer's construction cost estimate (Excel) <br /> 3. 90% Specifications in CSI format (Word). <br /> 4. Final Stormwater Memorandum <br /> 5. Draft SWPPP <br /> 6. Response to 60% review comments (Excel) delivered with the 90% plan set. <br /> ASSUMPTIONS: <br /> 1. 90% design is not significantly different than the 60% design for the project. <br /> TASK 800 —100% PLANS, SPECIFICATIONS AND ESTIMATE <br /> The CONSULTANT shall develop the 100% level design plans from previous work <br /> completed in the 90% design phase and the project environmental and permitting <br /> processes. The CONSULTANT shall review and provide written responses to CITY <br /> comments on the 90% level design plan submittal and the project environmental and <br /> permitting processes. <br /> Subtask 800.1 — Prepare 100% Level Design Plans <br /> The CONSULTANT shall develop 100% level design plans, as defined in task <br /> subtask 600.
