Here is a summary of my observations and <br /> actions. <br /> The house has been gutted,Wall finishes and fixtures removed. <br /> Because of this the structure is Unfit for Human Occupancy as per IPMC 108.1.1 <br /> The Structure is Unlawful as per 108.1.4 <br /> The current Owner Steve DeJaen has"agreed to have PUD disconnect Electrical Services to the structure (at the pole) <br /> By 11-08-2019" <br /> The Owner stated that he intends to continue to clean the site of offending debris and to re-sell the property"as is". <br /> I am recommending that the structure be Condemned and Secured as required by Code. <br /> Regards <br /> Ted de Budden <br /> iiii111. He is likely at the permit counter now-seeking a Repair Permit for the cleanup <br /> being done to the house.
