He <br /> said the water damage also cause some of the wood (walls?)to be damaged by rot. He did not want me to enter due to <br /> the mold. <br /> I let him know I felt sure he will need a building permit to repair the water and mold damage to the structure and sheet <br /> rock. If I am wrong—let me know—but I asked him to seek a repair permit tomorrow.The photos attached show the <br /> structure and a pile of wood they have next to the alley—from the demo/repair.They are also filling a dumpster in the <br /> back yard—right now it looked like mainly carpet stuff. <br /> Thanks! <br /> Don <br /> r yam .,_ <br />
