To the <br />south of the project site is land owned by Penske Truck Leasing Company that is soon to be developed. <br />To the west of the site is the BNSF railway. The site is not adjacent to any residential areas. The project <br />site receives only incidental run-on from offsite, as the project site and the adjacent land are generally <br />flat. This condition is to be maintained on the developed site. The project site does not discharge directly <br />to a stream, lake, or wetland.
