Please update us with the status of the construction and
request a permit extension through the online permitting portal if necessary. Requesting a permit extension is done the
same way as requesting inspections. The inspection type that you choose in the drop down menu will be "Permit
Extension" with an explanation for the extension required in the notes field. https://ow.everettwa.aoy. If the
construction is complete, please request a final inspection. Inspections are necessary for all phases of construction. Each
inspection automatically extends the permit out another 6 months and keeps the permit active during construction.
PW1703-047 Riverside & 8th Street Improvements (Expired 6/3/2018)
PW1804-024 600 Block Riverside Rd — Construct Trails / Riverside Business Park (Expires 10/15/2019)
Thanks,
_ Sabrina Fandler, P.E.
Associate Engineer I Permit Services
425.257.7813 13200 Cedar Street, 2nd Floor, Everett, WA 98201
IVIRITT Hours: Monday — Friday 7:30am-12:OOpm and 1:OOpm-4:OOpm
eye rettwa.aov/permits I Facebook I Twitter
Note: Emails and attachments sent to and from the City of Everett are public records and maybe subject to disclosure pursuant to the Public
Records Act.
