Records indicate parcel 00552300301705 is under separate ownership; this <br /> parcel should not be included on the site plan, legal description, <br /> calculations,etc. Please review the minimum site plan checklist(see pages 8 <br /> &9) and revise the site plan such that it meets all checklist requirements <br /> and accurately reflects the subject property only. <br /> 2. Please be advised:This property is in the Mukilteo School District and a <br /> school impact fee of$8924 will be due at time of permit issuance to account <br /> for the 1 additional unit added to the property. Note:the total fee required <br /> for 2 duplex units is$17,848 however a credit of$8924 for the recently <br /> demolished SFR will be applied to the 2nd unit. <br /> 3. Please be advised: effective November 24, 2020, new code standards went <br /> into effect.Since this application was submitted prior to the effective code <br /> changes, it has been vested under the standards in effect at time of <br /> application.
