Note that civil plan set has <br /> been formatted from 11"x17"drawing sheets to full size 24"x36"sheets to consolidate notes and details with <br /> associated plan sheets.Also note that new duplex and driveway has shifted northerly to the northern boundary <br /> line setback and the middle shred portion of the duplex has been reduced from 12' wide to 6' wide resulting in <br /> reduced hardscape surfaces(refer to updated building plans depicting this change). Additionally, an additional <br /> soil log was conducted in the northwestern portion of the site to verify if the infiltration area could be feasible in <br /> the northwest corner of the site to potentially allow for a future short plat of the property with a new panhandle <br /> driveway to come up the southerly property line. <br /> Planning: <br /> 1. Parcel 00552300301705 has been re moved from the project design.Refer to updated plans for updates <br /> in property depiction,legal description and associated lot areas and% coverage calcs. <br /> 2. Acknowledged. <br /> 3. Acknowledged. <br /> Engineering: <br /> 1. BMP references added to erosion control items. Silt fence referenced and detail added to sheet. City <br /> Erosion control notes added. Sheet now referred to as sheet 1. <br /> 2. City Drainage notes added to revised sheet 2 (Drainage Plan). Water meter reference and city detail <br /> added to sheet. Catch basins referenced on infiltration trench detail and city detail added. Driveway <br /> note added to drawing noting driveway shall consist of concrete and/or asphalt and gravel driveways are <br /> not allowed. Note that sewer service is provided by Mukilteo WSD so sewer details were not added to <br /> drawing. <br /> 3. Not exactly sure what this comment pertains to but infiltration trench details updated to note that all <br /> pipes within infiltration trench to consist of perforated piping.
