We will keep you apprised of project status and conditions that may significantly affect our scope and estimate. The following table summarizes our estimated fees. Actual fee will be determined on a time-and-expense basis to the maximum limit stated in Paragraph 4d of the contract, using the rates in the Professional Services Agreement.As mentioned above, many assumptions were necessary at this time to prepare the scope and budget, and it will be necessary to refine them both during the project.We will work closely with the City of Everett and Diking Improvement District #5 during the project to not exceed this estimated budget without authorization.
