Attend 2022 and 2023 WSRO
Conferences to remain up to date
regarding TDM and CTR best
practices
Actively participate TDM Association Program and strategy
Program meetings and events. improvements based on
improvements employer feedback and
and training Participate in the CTR Implementers improved employer buy-in
Roundtable forum
Participate in WSDOT lead workshops
Promote and support ETC use of
ongoing online CTR training
Potential risk
The COVID-19 pandemic has impacted the ability to survey employers in the previous biennium.
The 2019-2021 survey was cancelled with permission from WSDOT because the large number
of employees temporarily teleworking during the pandemic would have artificially impacted VMT
and NDAT rates. Additionally, conducting paper surveys with many employees temporarily
teleworking would have been extremely time-consuming. Since WSDOT has created a new all-
online survey tool available Spring 2022, surveying teleworkers may be less of an issue this
biennium. The vast majority of employers are still allowing more telework than they did pre-
pandemic with some making telework a permanent option and others expecting a return from
telework in 2022.
Everett Transit Page 4 of 9
PTD0438-01
