This unique partnership <br />offers the opportunity to "learn before they earn" by allowing students to work in a <br />specific job environment while earning high school credit. Options include: <br />• Career Link: Exploration <br />• Career Link: Mentorship <br />• Career Link: Internships <br />• Career Link: Career Up! <br />The agreement expires September 30, 2023, unless extended or terminated pursuant to <br />the terms and conditions of the agreement. <br />Recommendation (exact action requested of Council): <br />Authorize the Mayor to sign the Interlocal Cooperative Agreement between the City of <br />Everett, Everett Public Schools, and Economic Alliance Snohomish County for the Everett <br />Career Link Program. <br />
