ORDINANCE NO. <br />EVERETT <br />WASH I NGTON <br />An ORDINANCE amending and closing the special improvement project entitled "Everett Fire <br />Administration Building Tenant Improvements Project", Fund 342, Program 027, as established by <br />Ordinance No. 3661-19 and amended by Ordinance 3764-20. <br />WHEREAS, <br />A. The "Everett Fire Administration Building Tenant Improvements Project", Fund 342, Program 027 <br />was established to provide for the design and construction cost for the tenant improvements of <br />the Everett Fire Administration Building. <br />B. The purpose of the special improvement project has been accomplished. <br />C. There are neither outstanding obligations of the funds to be paid nor uncollected revenues to be <br />received. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: <br />Section 1. Section 1 of Ordinance 3764-20 which reads as follows: <br />The sum of $1,600,000.00 is hereby appropriated to Fund 342, Program 027, "Everett Fire <br />Administration Building Tenant Improvements Project". <br />A. Use of Funds <br />Design and Construction Administration $ 100,000.00 <br />Construction $ 1,200,000.00 <br />Other Project Costs $ 300,000.00 <br />Total $ 1,600,000.00 <br />B. Source of Funds <br />CIP 1 $ 1,600,000.00 <br />Total $ 1,600,000.00 <br />C. The appropriation shall not lapse but shall be carried forward from year to year until <br />fully expended or the purpose has been accomplished or abandoned without the <br />necessity of re -appropriation. <br />
