ORDINANCE NO. <br />EVERETT <br />WASH I NGTON <br />An ORDINANCE closing a special improvement project entitled "Phil Johnson Ballfields Renovation", <br />Fund 354, Program 054, as established by Ordinance No. 3589-18, and amended by Ordinance No. <br />3677-19 <br />WHEREAS, <br />A. The Parks special improvement project "Phil Johnson Ballfields Renovation", Fund 354, Program <br />054, was established to accumulate all costs for the improvement project. <br />B. The purpose of the special improvement project has been accomplished. <br />C. There are neither outstanding obligations of the fund to be paid nor uncollected revenues to be <br />received. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: <br />Section 1. That the project entitled "Phil Johnson Ballfields Renovation", Fund 354, Program 054, be <br />closed. <br />Section 2. That the final revenues and expenses for the "Phil Johnson Ballfields Renovation", Fund 354, <br />Program 054, are as follows: <br />REVENUES <br />Fund 354 — CIP 3 $ 3,850,000.00 <br />RCO Grants $ 750,000.00 <br />Donations $ 50,000.00 <br />Total $ 4,650,000.00 <br />EXPENSES <br />Design & Construction $ 4,637,116.01 <br />Transfers Out $ 12,883.99 <br />Total $ 4,650,000.00 <br />
