January 19, 2022 <br /> He commented that street infrastructure, and the availability of bikes are <br /> important topics to this neighborhood. <br /> Council Member Fosse also attended the Bayside Neighborhood Association <br /> meeting. She noted that the tree campaign is based on education and advocacy, <br /> and the county is still collecting comments on the County Comprehensive Plan <br /> until February 25, 2022. The LVW is also partnering with the Delta neighborhood <br /> on a tree planting project and hopes to expand efforts in the future to other areas. <br /> She also attended the Delta Neighborhood Association meeting at which they <br /> discussed the Delta Kids Program's expansion at Hawthorne Elementary. Delta <br /> Kids will be holding a Spring Art Show in collaboration with the Schack Art Center <br /> in Everett. Planning Director Yorik Stevens spoke at the Delta Neighborhood <br /> meeting on future Baker Heights development. There was also an announcement <br /> that ballots for levies will be in the mail soon and are due February 8, 2022. <br /> Council Member Vogeli wanted to announce that ballots were also being mailed <br /> out soon, and the Mukilteo School District also has a levy for consideration. <br /> ADMINISTRATION UPDATE ON PRIOR BUSINESS <br /> Deputy Mayor Nick Harper had no updates. <br /> CITY ATTORNEY <br /> City Attorney David Hall had no updates and there was no executive session. <br /> PUBLIC COMMENT <br /> Deb Williams stated the Council received no written comments from the public <br /> and no one from the public wished to speak. <br /> CONSENT ITEMS: <br /> Moved by Council Member Tuohy seconded by Council Member Rhyne, to <br /> approve the following consent items: <br /> 3 <br />
