SECTION 00 73 00 <br /> SUPPLEMENTARY CONDITIONS 1 <br /> 4. DRAWINGS AND SPECIFICATIONS <br /> Dimensions as shown on drawings shall govern-do not scale drawings to determine dimensions in 1 <br /> field.The contractor shall check all dimensions to verify location prior to commencement of work. One <br /> copy of all drawings and specifications shall be available at the project site at all times during <br /> construction.These drawings shall be maintained in good order at all times and shall be made available <br /> to the Owner's representative and the Engineer/Architect upon request. <br /> 5. PRECONSTRUCTION CONFERENCE ' <br /> After the award of the contract and before commencement of construction,the Owner and the <br /> Contractor shall have a conference for the purpose of discussing the requirements under the <br /> contract, contract administration, project coordination, scheduling and project deadlines. <br /> 6. SUBMITTALS BY CONTRACTOR ' <br /> A. Submittals to the Owner shall include but not be limited to,the following: a)shop drawings, b) <br /> proposals for the substitutions,c)samples as specified, d)quantity and unit price where <br /> specified or requested,e) project schedule (Gantt chart format),f) as built drawings,g) <br /> request(s)for payment.All submittals shall be complete and grouped so as to contain all <br /> associated items (landscaping, electrical, etc.)and shall be submitted in advance of project <br /> schedule dates so as to allow adequate time for Engineer/Architect review, permit approval <br /> where required, possible revision and re-submittal, delivery,etc. <br /> B. Costs and delays caused by Contractor tardiness of submittals may be back charged to the <br /> Contractor. Expense incurred by such delays shall not be borne by the Owner. <br /> 7. PROVISION OF TEMPORARY UTILITIES <br /> The Contractor shall provide and pay for the provisions of water,electricity,and other utilities as may , <br /> be required for performance of work under this contract.The Contractor shall provide adequate toilet <br /> facilities for all those connected with work as required by State and/or local health requirements. <br /> I <br /> 1 <br /> Rotary Park Renovation 2 of 2 ' <br />
