Section 01 1100 <br /> Summary of Work <br /> PART 1-GENERAL <br /> 1.01 WORK COVERED BY THIS CONTRACT <br /> ' A. The work of this Contract is comprised of in-water and upland work for the purpose of <br /> maintaining the facilities of Rotary Park, at 3505 Lowell Snohomish River Rd, Everett <br /> ' WA. <br /> B. The following is a general outline, and is not intended to be a complete listing of the <br /> Work to be accomplished nor is it intended to be used to indicate the order of the Work <br /> ' to be completed.The items listed below are only a general list of items included in the <br /> work and should be verified prior to bidding.The Work includes but is not limited to the <br /> disposal, supply and installation of all materials, equipment, and labor necessary to <br /> perform the Work in full. <br /> C. Base Bid includes the following items: <br /> 1. Temporary erosion and sedimentation control facilities and turbidity <br /> monitoring; <br /> ' 2.3. Removal and disposal of the boarding float; <br /> Procurement and installation of a new boarding float; <br /> 4. Asphalt saw cutting and asphalt pavement placement; <br /> ' S.6. Asphalt seal coating(FOG); <br /> Restriping of ingress/egress lanes and parking lot <br /> D. Work under the Contract shall also include: <br /> 1. Protection of existing structures from excessive loading of any type duringthe <br /> ' 2. Work. <br /> Protection of Work in place and all stored items relating to the Work. <br /> 3. Moving of any stored items or temporary facility where it interferes with work <br /> ' 4. by the Owner or under separate contract. <br /> Providing and paying for additional on-site or off-site storage facilities,Work <br /> areas or parking needed for safe and efficient execution of the Work or to <br /> meet other terms of the Contract. <br /> 5. Installing any items noted as furnished by the Owner, installed bythe <br /> Contractor(FOIC) <br /> ' E. Contracts: <br /> 1. The Work shall be performed under one Contract and shall consist of all work <br /> being complete and ready for use,as indicated on the drawings and as specified <br /> in these specifications, including alternates agreed upon by the Owner and the <br /> Contractor, at the time of award of the Contract,all as provided by the Contract <br /> 1 <br /> 2. Documents. <br /> Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment,tools,supplies and <br /> other items necessary to construct and complete the Work in accordance <br /> ' with the drawings,these specifications, and the laws, ordinances and codes <br /> Rotary Park Renovation Page 1 of 4 <br />
