I <br /> Section 01 1100 <br /> Summary of Work I <br /> of the governing agencies having jurisdiction,all as provided in the Contract <br /> Documents. I <br /> 1.02 CHANGES IN THE WORK <br /> A. Changes to the Work are governed by Section 7200 General Conditions and other I <br /> Contract Documents. <br /> 1.03 WORK BY OTHERS I <br /> A. OTHER CONTRACTS:The Owner shall have the right to let other contracts in connection <br /> with the Work, and the Contractor shall cooperate with any such contractors. I <br /> B. "N.I.C." Items indicated "NIC" shall be furnished and installed by the Owner, or by other <br /> contracts. I <br /> 1.04 WORK BY THE OWNER <br /> A. The Owner shall have the right to access the site and execute work not included inthe I <br /> Contract. Contractor shall cooperate with such Owner sponsored efforts. <br /> 1.05 PERMITS I <br /> A. The Owner will pay the cost of the general plan review and building permit.The I <br /> Contractor shall be responsible to obtain and pay the cost of various other permits and <br /> connection fees required such as grading, mechanical, plumbing and electrical permits <br /> or connection fees and such shall be included in the Bid. <br /> 1.06 CODES AND STANDARD SPECIFICATIONS <br /> A. All construction shall be in accordance with the International Building Code,Current I <br /> Adopted Edition. <br /> B. All construction shall be in accordance with the Uniform Mechanical Code, and the I <br /> Uniform Plumbing Code, latest editions. <br /> C. All construction shall be in conformance with the WSDOT/APWA Standard Specifications I <br /> and Standard Plans, latest edition. <br /> D. All construction shall be in conformance with the City of Everett Design and I <br /> Construction Standards and Specifications, latest edition. <br /> E. All work shall comply with applicable requirements of Snohomish County. I <br /> F. Any material specified by reference to the number, symbol, or title of a specified <br /> standards,such as Commercial Standard Federal Specifications, a trade association I <br /> standard, or other similar standard, shall comply with the requirements of the latest <br /> revision thereof, and any amendment or supplement thereto in effect on the date of <br /> Invitation for Bids, except as limited to type, class or grade, or modified in such <br /> references.All work shall conform to the standard referred to,except as modified in <br /> Rotary Park Renovation Page 2 of 4 <br />
