Section 00 21 13 <br /> INSTRUCTIONS TO BIDDERS <br /> 1.1 General Description and Location of Project <br /> The Work to be performed will include furnishing all labor, materials and equipment necessary to perform <br /> all Work as required by the Contract in accordance with the Contract Documents. <br /> The Project Site is located at 3505 Lowell Snohomish River Rd, Everett Washington. <br /> 1.15 Mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting <br /> The Bidder must attend one of two mandatory pre-bid meetings in accordance with Section 002513. <br /> Failure to attend and sign the sign-in sheet will result in bid rejection. <br /> 1.2 Project Manager <br /> Questions and inquiries about the Contract Documents shall be directed to the attention of the City of <br /> Everett Project Manager. <br /> 1.3 Standard Specifications <br /> The following other Specifications and Standard Plans shall apply to the extent to which they are called <br /> out in the Contract Documents. <br /> 1. WSDOT"2018 Standard Specifications for Road, Bridge and Municipal Construction",as amended <br /> by the APWA Supplements, hereinafter referred to as the"Standard Specifications." <br /> 2. City of Everett "Design and Construction Standards and Specifications" <br /> (Current Addition) htt s://ev°e a.„ova/1.53 .j esign-Constructing-Star s its <br /> 3. "Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices" (MUTCD), latest edition. <br /> 4. APWA Standards, latest edition. <br /> 5. AWWA Standards, latest edition. <br /> 6. American Concrete Institute (ACI), latest edition <br /> 7. American Society of Testing Materials (ASTM), latest edition <br /> 1.4 Examination of Site Conditions,Contract Documents and Regulations <br /> Bidders shall inspect the Site of the Work and carefully review the Contract Documents to satisfy <br /> themselves, by personal examination, physical testing,or by such other means as they may prefer,of the <br /> location of the proposed Work, the actual physical conditions of and at the Site, surface and subsurface <br /> conditions,and conditions ordinarily to be encountered and generally recognized as inherent in the Work. <br /> If, during the course or as a result of such inspection, examination and testing, a Bidder finds facts or <br /> conditions that appear to conflict or are omitted from the Contract Documents, or with other data or <br /> material made available relating to the Work, Bidder shall so notify the City in writing, and may apply to <br /> the City for additional information and explanation before submitting their Bid. <br /> The submission of a Bid by the Bidder shall constitute acknowledgment that, in preparing and submitting <br /> a Bid, Bidder has not only reviewed the Contract Documents, but is also relying on their own knowledge, <br /> examination,inspection, and testing of: <br /> Rotary Park Renovation 1 of 11 <br /> I <br />
