ICity of Everett 01 1100 - 3 <br /> 2022 Tulalip Water Pipeline Mortar Repair UT 3774 <br /> IA. The City shall have the right to access the site 24/7 and execute work not included <br /> in this Contract and concurrent with the contract period. Contractor shall <br /> Icooperate with such City sponsored efforts. <br /> B. The Contractor shall coordinate with the City in scheduling operations to minimize <br /> I conflict with concurrent construction projects, operations and maintenance <br /> activities. <br /> I1.9 CODES AND STANDARD SPECIFICATIONS <br /> I A. All construction shall be in accordance with the International Building Code, <br /> Current Adopted Edition. <br /> I B. All construction shall be in accordance with the Uniform Mechanical Code, and <br /> the Uniform Plumbing Code, latest editions. <br /> C. All construction shall be in conformance with the WSDOT/APWA Standard <br /> I <br /> Specifications and Standard Plans, latest editions. <br /> I <br /> D. All construction shall be in conformance with the City of Everett Design and <br /> Construction Standards and Specifications, latest edition. <br /> E. All work shall comply with applicable requirements of Snohomish County. <br /> IF. Any material specified by reference to the number, symbol, or title of a specified <br /> standards, such as Commercial Standard Federal Specifications, a trade <br /> Iassociation standard, or other similar standard, shall comply with the <br /> requirements of the latest revision thereof, and any amendment or supplement <br /> thereto in effect on the date of Invitation for Bids, except as limited to type, class <br /> Ior grade, or modified in such references. All work shall conform to the standard <br /> referred to, except as modified in these specifications and the drawings. <br /> I1.10 CHECKING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS <br /> A. PRIOR SUBMISSION OF BIDS: The Contractor shall report any discrepancies <br /> or omissions in the plans and/or specifications to the Engineer for a decision prior <br /> to the Submission of Bids. <br /> IB. RESOLUTION OF CONFLICTS: Where there is conflict between the plans and <br /> the specifications in regard to materials, equipment, sizes, numbers or locations, <br /> Ithe Owner shall be the sole judge in resolving the conflict. <br /> I <br /> 01 1100 - 3 SUMMARY OF WORK <br />
