City of Everett 01 1100 - 2 I <br /> 2022 Tulalip Water Pipeline Mortar Repair UT 3774 <br /> outages for acceptance by the City. After acceptance of the plan, construction I <br /> operations shall comply with the accepted plan unless deviations are accepted <br /> by the City in writing. I <br /> 1.4 WORK HOURS I <br /> A. Contractor will be required to provide a project schedule that clearly defines each <br /> phase of work and the work hours associated with each phase. I <br /> B. The Work site is available from 0700 -2200 during the work week (M-F) excluding <br /> City observed holidays unless otherwise approved by the City's Project Manager. <br /> Any additional or alternate work hours will require advance approval and I <br /> coordination with the City's Project Manager. Weekend work, if approved, is <br /> restricted to the hours of 0800-1800. I <br /> 1.5 WORK SEQUENCE <br /> A. Work in stages in order to accommodate the City's requirementsduring's use the I <br /> construction period. Coordinate construction schedule and operations with the <br /> Owner: I <br /> 1. The owner has scheduled draining of the pipeline to occur as soon as <br /> February 21, 2022. Contractor must coordinate with the owner for draining <br /> of the pipeline, which will remove water to allow opening of access I <br /> manways. Contractor is responsible for dewatering the pipe for the Work. <br /> 2. Contractor must complete joint repair by April 29, 2022. This allows for <br /> curing time of one week following repair, and flushing/filling activities prior I <br /> to putting the pipeline back into service by May 13th, 2022. <br /> 1.6 PERMITS I <br /> A. The City shall obtain a WSDOT general permit within the State Route 529 right- , <br /> of-way. The Contractor is responsible for following the requirements of the <br /> permits obtained by the City. <br /> I <br /> 1.7 WORK BY OTHERS <br /> A.
