City of Everett 01 1100 - 2 I 2022 Tulalip Water Pipeline Mortar Repair UT 3774 outages for acceptance by the City. After acceptance of the plan, construction I operations shall comply with the accepted plan unless deviations are accepted by the City in writing. I 1.4 WORK HOURS I A. Contractor will be required to provide a project schedule that clearly defines each phase of work and the work hours associated with each phase. I B. The Work site is available from 0700 -2200 during the work week (M-F) excluding City observed holidays unless otherwise approved by the City's Project Manager. Any additional or alternate work hours will require advance approval and I coordination with the City's Project Manager. Weekend work, if approved, is restricted to the hours of 0800-1800. I 1.5 WORK SEQUENCE A. Work in stages in order to accommodate the City's requirementsduring's use the I construction period. Coordinate construction schedule and operations with the Owner: I 1. The owner has scheduled draining of the pipeline to occur as soon as February 21, 2022. Contractor must coordinate with the owner for draining of the pipeline, which will remove water to allow opening of access I manways. Contractor is responsible for dewatering the pipe for the Work. 2. Contractor must complete joint repair by April 29, 2022. This allows for curing time of one week following repair, and flushing/filling activities prior I to putting the pipeline back into service by May 13th, 2022. 1.6 PERMITS I A. The City shall obtain a WSDOT general permit within the State Route 529 right- , of-way. The Contractor is responsible for following the requirements of the permits obtained by the City.
