The Contractor may discharge chlorinate water to sanitary sewer at Railroad Ave (Segment 1S), with application and approval of a discharge authorization permit. There is no cost associated with this permit. Item 6 - Appendix B: Reference Drawings of Tulalip Pipeline , Appendix B is replaced in its entirety (see attached). This resolves a conflict between the as-builts and GIS. Access manway locations have been field-verified. ANSWERS TO QUESTIONS SUBMITTTED FOR CLARIFICATION Q1- For Segment 1N it appears that there is a bumped head assembly (at STA 43+70.00) and the pipeline stops at a bump head assembly at STA 56+49.75. Is the integrity of ' these boundaries sufficient to isolate Segment 1N during the repair period? See revised reference plan set. The bumped head assemblies were temporary for ' segment installation, not permanent appurtenances in the existing active pipeline.
