The Work to be performed will include furnishing all labor, materials and <br /> equipment necessary to perform all Work as required by the Contract in <br /> Iaccordance with the Contract Documents. <br /> B. The Project Site is the Tulalip Water Pipeline segment below East Grant Avenue <br /> I in northeast Everett, and the segment running north-south across Smith Island <br /> along Frontage Road. <br /> 1 1.2 PROJECT MANAGER <br /> A. Questions and inquiries about the Contract Documents should be directed to the <br /> Iattention of Jennifer Bailey, City of Everett Project Manager at (425) 257-8815 or <br /> email JBailey@everettwa.gov. <br /> 1 1.3 STANDARD SPECIFICATIONS <br /> I A. The following other Specifications and Standard Plans shall apply to the extent <br /> to which they are called out in the Contract Documents. <br /> 1. WSDOT "2020 Standard Specifications for Road, Bridge and Municipal <br /> I Construction", as amended by the APWA Supplements, hereinafter referred <br /> to as the "Standard Specifications." <br /> 2. City of Everett "Design and Construction Standards and Specifications" <br /> 1 (Revised January 2018), as found online on the City's Website at: <br /> https://everettwa.gov/1531/Design-Construction-Standards <br /> 3. "Standard Plans for Road and Bridge Construction," latest edition as <br /> I prepared by WSDOT. <br /> 4. "Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices" (MUTCD), latest edition. <br /> 5. APWA Standards, latest edition. <br /> I 6. AWWA Standards, latest edition. <br /> 7. American Concrete Institute (ACI), latest edition <br /> 1.4 EXAMINATION OF SITE CONDITIONS, CONTRACT DOCUMENTS AND <br /> REGULATIONS <br /> IA.
