City of Everett 00 1113 - 2 <br /> 2022 Tulalip Water Pipeline Mortar Repair UT 3774 <br /> All bids must be made upon the Cityforms provided p for this purpose and must be <br /> accompanied by a bid bond or certified check or cashier's check in an amount not less <br /> than five percent (5%) of the total amount of the Bid, all in accordance with the Contract <br /> Documents. One hundred (100) percent payment and performance Bonds will be required <br /> of the successful Bidder to guarantee faithful performance of the contract. The successful <br /> bidder is required submit to the City the executed Contract, bonds and evidence of <br /> insurance within seven calendar after Notice of Award. <br /> The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any irregularities or <br /> informalities. No Bidder may withdraw his Bid after the hour set for the opening thereof. <br /> The City further reserves the right to make the bid award as deemed in the best interest <br /> of the City.
