City of Everett 00 1113 - 2 <br /> 2022 Tulalip Water Pipeline Mortar Repair UT 3774 <br /> All bids must be made upon the Cityforms provided p for this purpose and must be <br /> accompanied by a bid bond or certified check or cashier's check in an amount not less <br /> than five percent (5%) of the total amount of the Bid, all in accordance with the Contract <br /> Documents. One hundred (100) percent payment and performance Bonds will be required <br /> of the successful Bidder to guarantee faithful performance of the contract.
