Please review and respond to the comments below. <br /> 1. Provide stair section and/or details for stair construction including riser <br /> height, tread depth, stringer attachment to floor framing, headroom and <br /> handrail size, placement and attachment. <br /> 2. Show all required handrails per R311.7.8 on floor plans and in <br /> section/detail drawings. <br /> 3. The Foundation Plan and the Upper Floor Framing plans on sheet S2.1 do <br /> not match the Main Floor Plan shown on sheet A2. Please correct. <br /> 4. "Building Section A" Oon sheet 3shows one "Wall Construction" and one <br /> "Floor Construction" description. Please provide a description for all Wall and <br /> Floor types including the framed wall between the Garage and the Utility Room, <br /> the exterior wall at the Garage, the framed floor between the Garage and the <br /> Dwelling and the slab-on-grade floor in the heated Laundry Room. Include all <br /> components in each assembly, show insulation requirements in all components <br /> that create the thermal envelope. <br /> 5. The area of the floor used for parking of automobiles or other vehicles <br /> shall be sloped to facilitate the movement of liquids toward the main vehicle <br /> entry doorway. Please show on plans. <br /> 6. Provide minimum R-10 rigid insulation with R-10 thermal break at the <br /> perimeter of the slab-on-grade in the heated laundry room. Provide <br /> detail/section for this condition. <br /> 7. Projections located in the 5-foot side-yard setback are required to be <br /> protected on the under-side with one-hour fire-resistance rated construction <br /> with no openings allowed. Provide detail/section drawing for this condition. <br /> PUBLIC WORKS 8. Provide attic ventilation calculation with no ventilation openings allowed <br /> on the south side of the proposed structure.Show location of attic ventilation on <br /> Q3200 Cedar Street roof plan. <br /> Everett,WA 98201 <br /> 9.
