Include all applicable items from the checklist on a single sheet site plan. <br /> 13. Provide the proposed height of the structure on the Elevation drawings, include the base <br /> elevation as determined from the height calculation. <br /> 14. Specify the pitch of the roof on the elevation drawings. <br /> 15. The general note reference"the Architect", plans prepared by an architect are required to be wet <br /> stamped by a licensed architect when submitted to a jurisdiction for permits. <br /> 16. Electrical permits ae issued and inspections are performed by the City of Everett Permit Services <br /> Division. Please correct on the plans. <br /> In order for the processing of your application to continue, it will be necessary to provide the Building <br /> Division with two new sets of revised construction documents reflecting the corrections requested. <br /> Please include a response letter which indicates how the corrections were resolved. <br /> All codes cited refer to the 2015 International Building Code (IBC), 2015 International Residential Code <br /> (IRC), and/or the 2015 Washington State Residential Energy Code (WSEC),as amended by the State of <br /> Washington and adopted by the City of Everett. <br /> These comments address building issues only. Additional revisions or additions may be required by other <br /> departments(such as Utilities,Traffic, Planning or Fire).
