Pricing Terms <br /> The following pricing terms shall apply to the work performed under this SOW: <br /> • The following billing schedule shall apply to services performed under this SOW: Labor Only: Monthly <br /> progress billing based on % of work completed, Net 30 <br /> • The SOW shall be valid for 30 days. <br /> • Expired proposals can be updated, but shall be subject to renegotiation based on applicable price <br /> changes. <br /> • Pricing assumes complete award of the project/case. Partial awards shall require additional negotiations. <br /> • Shipping: Shipping &Handling Not Included <br /> • Customer shall have no more than five (5) business days to review and accept or reject the Supplier's <br /> invoice.All such acceptance and rejection must be provided in writing to the Supplier's Project Manager. <br /> • If invoices are not explicitly rejected in writing to the Supplier's Project Manager within the specified time <br /> frame, the invoices shall be considered valid and payable. <br /> • All pricing is subject to credit approval. <br /> • All quotations are based on current Supplier wage rates, unless otherwise noted.Any federal, state, or <br /> local legislation, project specific or 3rd party agreements affecting hourly rates of pay, fringe benefits or <br /> other variations from a Supplier agreement or agreements with Union affiliations shall cause the labor <br /> quotation to become subject to renegotiation at the option of Supplier. <br /> • COVID-19 Delays/Delivery Lead-Times— Black Box will provide availability and delivery estimates prior to <br /> placing the orders for the products and materials set forth in this SOW. Lead times on certain products <br /> and materials can be up to 14 weeks or more from the date of the placement of the order.
