Billing Method <br /> The price offering for this SOW shall be billed in accordance with the following: <br /> • Billing shall be in US dollars only. <br /> • Sales tax shall be added to the invoice total unless Customer provides proof of exemption within five (5) <br /> business days of acceptance. <br /> • Customer is solely responsible for all taxes. <br /> • All billing shall occur in the US, between US based legal entities for both Supplier and Customer. <br /> • The pricing included in this proposal assumes "in-country" contracting and invoicing based on where the <br /> work is to be performed. "in-country" contracting requires a binding commitment to be made between <br /> the Customer and the Supplier legal entity that is registered to do business and collect Value Added Taxes <br /> (VAT)within that country.Invoices will be issued by the contracting Supplier's legal entity.If contracting <br /> occurs with a Supplier legal entity that is not registered to collect VAT within the country(or the Supplier <br /> does not have a legal entity registered to collect VAT within that country)where the work is being <br /> performed an "International Transfer Fee"will be added to the proposed pricing to cover the VAT that the <br /> Supplier will be required to pay for work performed and/or material used within the country. <br /> 6 855-324-9909 I BLACKBOX.COM <br />
