Task Task Completion Compensation <br /> # Description # Deliverable Deadline* Due <br /> 2 Marketing and Promotion Plan, Materials,Graphics and Key Messaging <br /> 2.1 On-Line Survey: Development and implementation plan drafted <br /> 2.2 Work in collaboration with city of Everett Communications Team and recommend promotional <br /> material content,graphics,key messages for distribution and promotion plan for city approval. <br /> This will include press releases,social media graphics, printable flyer designs and other formats <br /> as needed.When translating of materials into multiple languages is determined advantageous <br /> to project goals the consultant and a member of the City Communications Team will <br /> collaborate to determine how to secure translation services. It will be the responsibility of the <br /> city to pay for translation services after pre-approval by the city. <br /> 2.3 Meetings and/or status reports as requested with city Administration. <br /> Compensation After Completion of Task#2 2/13/22** $5000 <br /> 3 Community Outreach <br /> 3.1 Execute Community Outreach Plan as described in Task 1.1 <br /> 3.2 Meetings and/or status reports as requested by city Administration. <br /> Compensation After Completion of Task#3 3/31/22** $15,000 <br /> 4 Analysis and Report <br /> 4.1 Database entry for quantitative data and tabulation/summary to include both qualitative and <br /> quantitative information from all community outreach feedback collected for the project. <br /> 4.2 Deliver a progress report of initial takeaways and a high-level summary. <br /> 4.3 Develop a final report with an executive summary,which,at a minimum:summarizes the <br /> outreach approach used to achieve project goals;highlights key findings, analyzes the feedback <br /> collected from the community and provides recommendations for City Administration. <br /> 4.4 Final Debrief(s)with city Administration. <br /> Compensation After Completion of Task#4 5/15/22** $15,000 <br /> TOTAL COMMUNITY OUTREACH PROJECT COMPENSATION $40,000 <br /> *Deadline may be modified by mutual agreement <br /> **Consultant may invoice the city of Everett after the completion of each task for the compensation amount due by task on or before date <br /> Page 2 of 2 <br />
