2401 Taylor Drive Geotechnical Engineering Study Everett, Washington PROJECT DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION MONITORING Our report is based on our discussion with the client. We recommend that SGP be allowed to review this report and update it as needed when a more detailed project plan has been developed. In this way, we can confirm that our earthwork and foundation recommendations have been properly interpreted and implemented in the design. This review is not included in our current scope of work and budget. We are also available to provide geotechnical monitoring services during construction. The integrity of the foundation and shoring systems depends on proper site preparation and construction procedures. In addition, geotechnical decisions may have to be made in the field. Construction monitoring services are not part of this current scope of work. If these services are desired, please let us know, and we will prepare a cost proposal.
