The need of the neighborhood,district, or City for a proposed special property use. <br /> Findings: The Applicant proposes to convert an existing covered play structure into a <br /> gymnasium. The site is home to over 400 students from preschool through 8th grade. The <br /> proposal will be able to better serve the needs of the community. <br /> 2. The adequacy of streets,utilities and public services required to serve a proposed use. <br /> Findings: The existing site fronts on 7th Avenue SE and 88th Street SE and has access to 9th <br /> Avenue SE. Sidewalks are present all along 7th Avenue SE which connect to 84th Street SE <br /> and 88th Street SE by crosswalks . All utilities are currently on site. The streets, utilities, <br /> and public services are adequate for this proposal. <br /> 3.
