• <br /> 1.2 Proposed Construction Activities <br /> Description of site development: <br /> The proposed development consists of the subdivision of the property into 3 lots, while <br /> retaining the existing single-family residence on proposed Lot 3. All lots will be accessed directly <br />• from 35th Street. Drainage and utilities from the site will be taken from existing utilities within <br /> 35th Street. New and replaced preliminary roof, driveway, and parking areas total <br /> approximately 9,350 sf. New curb and sidewalk areas along 35th Street and Tulalip Avenue will <br /> total approximately 600 sf. <br />• <br /> Description of construction activities: <br /> Clearing, grading, and excavation for site improvements. Paving of proposed driveway areas. <br /> Trenching for proposed utilities (sewer main and service lines, water, electrical, etc.) and storm <br /> drainage conveyance. Erection of proposed houses after subdivision is completed. <br /> Description of site drainage including flow from and onto adjacent properties. Must be consistent <br /> with Site Map in Appendix A: <br /> The site appears to lie at a local high point and runoff appears to leave the site in all directions. <br /> Runoff exiting the site northerly is intercepted by a curb line along the south side of 35th Street, <br /> which is collected by a catch basin located approximately 80 feet west of the site. According to <br /> City of Everett interactive maps, flows entering the catch basin are then routed to a combined <br /> sewer/storm water treatment facility near Possession Sound. <br /> Description of final stabilization (example: extent of revegetation, paving, landscaping): <br /> Hardscape areas are to consist of building roof, driveway surfaces, and concrete sidewalks. <br /> Vegetation is to consist of compost amended residential lawn and landscaping. <br />• Contaminated Site Information: <br /> None known at this time. <br />• <br /> Page IS <br />
